Why Choose Us

Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment that aims at restoring your body to normal function. We do this through an intense study of way the body moves and functions called biomechanics coupled with an extensive array of hands on techniques designed to address all structures in the musculoskeletal system. This allows us to tailor therapy to the unique needs of the individual patient The results are less pain and easier movement which is why Osteopathy is one of the fastest growing health professions in Australia.

Osteopathy is a hands on discipline so you won’t be in and out in 5 minutes and you won’t just be given exercises. Exercise advice is given as part of the treatment process not exclusive to it. Osteopaths believe that the body must be ready for exercise prescriptions otherwise it may cause further strain on the condition being treated.

In all consultations we strive to clearly explain what is wrong with you and how it can be treated. This enables patients to be effective partners in their treatment and rehabilitation process.
